How do I place an order?

The simplest way to place an order is to call us on 01923 461586 with full delivery address and payment details.

What payment options do you accept?

Payment may be made by cheque against proforma invoice or by debit or credit card over the telephone.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We can deliver to the Channel Islands and most European destinations. Price will depend on the weight of the consignment. Please call us for further information.

Can you deliver to a BFPO address?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.

How much are your postage charges?

For most orders we use a carrier service which costs 9.00. This charge is applied to all orders which are less than 200 before VAT. If your order is very small we can also quote you for a more economical method of delivery.

How quickly are orders delivered?

As long as the goods are in stock, orders are usually despatched 24 hours after receipt of payment. The service we use is a next day service Mon-Fri. Timed deliveries are also available at an extra charge (eg. before 10am; before noon).

Is there a minimum order?

The only minimum order requirement is to purchase items in pack quantities.

Can you arrange for a Weekend delivery?

Yes deliveries are available at an extra charge. Please call us for details.

How can I get a price for the items I am interested in?

You can either complete the enquiry form and our team will respond to you within 48 hours or you can call us direct on 01923 461586 during office hours Mon-Fri.

Are bulk discounts available for large orders?

We do offer some discounts on large quantities of certain products. Call us for details when placing your order.

How do I get more information on a product?

How many items does a pack contain?

The details of pack quantities can be seen in the pack quantity column when browsing the catalogue.

Do you do discounts for charities?

Discounts are sometimes available for charities. Please ask us when placing your order.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We do have a small showroom which can be visited by appointment only. Please call us on 01923 461586 to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Do you supply samples?

Samples of some goods are available but not all. All samples will be charged for and are non-returnable. No goods are ever sent on an "On Approval Basis".

What is your returns policy?

Goods supplied correctly as ordered cannot be returned for credit. No goods may be returned or will be accepted without the prior consent from a duly authorised representative of the Company.
